Via the N2 from Cape Town International Airport:
From the Airport take the N2 in the direction of Cape Town, then follow Kirstenbosch & M3 Muizenburg signs.
At the first set of lights turn right in the direction of Kirstenbosch, ie. the M63 to Kirstenbosch & Hout Bay. At Constantia Nek - you go through a roundabout.

TO SUNBIRD MOUNTAIN RETREAT (B&B & Self-Catering Accommodation)
Approximately 2.6 km from Constantia Neck, turn right at Disa River Road and cross a single lane traffic bridge. At the T-junction turn right into Valley Road. At the first stop street turn left into Longkloof Road and then again left at the T-junction, into Foresthill Street. The first road to the right a short distance later is Boskykloof Road. It is a good dirt road for approximately 250 m then take a sharp right into Sunbird Mountain Retreat's driveway, just before the last entrance on this road.
